HH Karmapa Black Hat Dance

Nice post! This is a traditional dance by the head of the Karma Kagyu (my) lineage in Tibetan Buddhism, the 17th Karmapa.  This recording must have just happened a day or two ago because its part of the opening ceremony of the Kagyu Monlam, or annual gathering of the Kagyu lamas, which is just beginning now in Bodhgaya, India at a monastery in which I lived in for a few months in 2008.
